Curaçao · Landscourant · Chamber of Commerce
Liquidation Monitor checks every weekly edition of the Landscourant and every Chamber of Commerce dissolution list against your watchlist, and e-mails you as soon as one of your entities appears.
Example entries for illustration.
Clients, counterparties, debtors or any company you follow. Type names, paste a list, or import Excel or CSV. Registration numbers are optional but make matches exact.
Each Landscourant edition and each Chamber of Commerce dissolution list is read and compared with every watchlist, by registration number and by name.
When an entity on your list appears, you receive an alert with the status, the publication and what it means. All alerts stay available in your account.
The entity is on the Chamber of Commerce dissolution list, for example because no director is registered or the registration fee is unpaid.
The Chamber has dissolved the entity. It continues to exist only for its liquidation, which is handled by a liquidator, often the Chamber itself.
The shareholders or the board have dissolved the entity, or the liquidation accounts have been published for inspection.
The liquidator has declared that no known assets remain, and the entity has ceased to exist.
Once the Chamber of Commerce publishes its intention to dissolve an entity, there are six weeks to show that the ground for dissolution no longer applies. After the dissolution, the board can no longer act for the company, not even to object to a tax assessment. An early warning matters.
Alerts are generated automatically from the published text and are for information only. They are not legal advice. Always verify the details in the Commercial Register.
