Liquidation Monitor

Privacy and terms

Liquidation Monitor is operated by the operator named in the footer. Questions: see the contact address in the footer.

What we store

  • Your account: name, company, phone number and e-mail address.
  • Your watchlist: the names and, if you add them, registration numbers of the entities you follow.
  • Your alerts: which published entries matched your watchlist and when we e-mailed you.

How we use it

  • Only to compare your watchlist with published Landscourant notices and Chamber of Commerce dissolution lists, and to send you alerts.
  • Your watchlist is visible to you and to the administrators of the service. It is never shared with other users or sold.
  • Data is stored with our hosting providers (database, website hosting and e-mail delivery), which may be located outside Curaçao.

Your choices

  • You can change your details and remove entities from your watchlist at any time.
  • You can delete your account under Profile. This deletes your account, watchlist and alerts.

Terms of use

  • Alerts are generated automatically from the text of official publications. Publications can be incomplete, and entities with similar names can cause false or missed matches.
  • Alerts are for information only and are not legal advice. Always verify details in the Commercial Register and the original publication.
  • The service depends on the publications we process. We do not guarantee that every publication or every entry is covered, or that alerts arrive within a specific time.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the service.
